Art. 1.

    1.  Il decreto-legge 21 aprile 1995, n.120, recante
  disposizioni urgenti per il funzionamento delle università, è
  convertito in legge con le modificazioni riportate in allegato
  alla presente legge.
    2.  Restano validi gli atti ed i provvedimenti adottati e
  sono fatti salvi gli effetti prodottisi ed i rapporti
  giuridici sorti sulla base dei decreti-legge 21 dicembre 1993,
  n.530, 21 febbraio 1994, n.122, 26 aprile 1994, n.249, 23
  giugno 1994, n.404, 8 agosto 1994, n.510, 21 ottobre 1994,
  n.588, 22 dicembre 1994, n.697, e 21 febbraio 1995, n.40.
