    1.  Il decreto-legge 1^ aprile 1995, n.98, recante
  interventi urgenti in materia di trasporti, è convertito in
  legge con le modificazioni riportate in allegato alla presente
  legge.
    2.  Restano validi gli atti ed i provvedimenti adottati e
  sono fatti salvi gli effetti prodottisi ed i rapporti
  giuridici sorti sulla base dei decreti-legge 6 agosto 1993,
  n.281, 5 ottobre 1993, n.399, 4 dicembre 1993, n.498, 2
  febbraio 1994, n. 81, 31 marzo 1994, n.220, 30 maggio 1994,
  n.326, 30 luglio 1994, n.475, 30 settembre 1994, n.563, 30
  novembre 1994, n.660, e 31 gennaio 1995, n.28.
