     1.  E' convertito in legge il decreto-legge 12 aprile 1996,
  n.202, recante interventi urgenti a favore del settore
  portuale e marittimo.
     2.  Restano validi gli atti ed i provvedimenti adottati e
  sono fatti salvi gli effetti prodottisi ed i rapporti
