Art. 1.

     1.  E' convertito in legge il decreto-legge 29 aprile 1996,
  n. 229, recante disposizioni urgenti in materia di avanzamento
  degli ufficiali delle Forze armate e dell'Arma dei
  carabinieri.
     2.  Restano validi gli atti ed i provvedimenti adottati e
  sono fatti salvi gli effetti prodottisi ed i rapporti
  giuridici sorti sulla base dei decreti-legge 30 giugno 1995,
  n. 268, 1^ settembre 1995, n. 368, 30 ottobre 1995, n. 453,
  29 dicembre 1995, n. 564, e 28 febbraio 1996, n 92.
